Client Testimonials

After a thorough process of interviewing numerous agents, including top neighborhood agents, we chose Robert for his marketing plan, negotiation strategies, and extensive track record of home sales in the Bay Area. I've followed every sale since, and none have come close to what Robert achieved. Since we moved to another part of the state before preparing the house, we entrusted his team to handle everything. From securing bids for painting, inspections, and strategic updates to managing repairs and landscaping, they executed flawlessly. Having worked in M&A for years, I've heard many sales pitches. I can confidently say that Robert's commitment to achieving the best result is genuine, not just about making a sale.

I truly appreciate your marketing strategies, negotiation skills, and advice in selling Park Place. You are "spot on." Thank you for watching "my back." I'm so grateful for all your advice and help. You are the best!

Robert and his team have been exceptional and they definitely have my recommendation. Robert managed to sell my high-end San Francisco home in a very difficult market, through a broad range of marketing tactics, and sheer perseverance and determination. We sold at a record price for the neighborhood, which is quite the accomplishment. I was abroad for the entire duration of the last-minute construction work, staging and sales process, and I really appreciated Robert's and Kelly's coordination of everyone involved, and the constant communication and updates. Robert and his team were proactive and always there for me no matter the task--staying on top of contractors, engaging with the appraisal process, even checking and forwarding my mail. I'm really fortunate I worked with Robert, his experience and skills and care made all the difference.

After two months of having my house listed on the market with another agent, we got no offers. Robert Song and his team came highly recommended and I had him come out to view the home. He immediately took over with a clear strategy and provided some quick improvement recommendations. His team took over and made some small but high impact improvements, showcased the home in its best light with professional photos, video, and 3d tour. He advertised the home and generated so many showings, even though the weather was bad. Well, what a difference! In less than two weeks, he got my home sold, and for a higher price per square foot than all the other homes that sold in the neighborhood. He does truly make a difference!

I found he was very knowledgeable in the industry and the area where I lived. I asked him to sell my home. The marketing was first class (including Videos). Robert sold my home in less than a month for top dollar. Even more importantly, he was ALWAYS available for any questions I had.

Robert has delivered time and time again. We have entrusted Robert with the purchase and sale of four homes and he has delivered unparalleled service each and every time. He is patient and kind and will guide and educate you through every step of the home buying or selling process. We are glad to have found Robert and his team.

He was enthusiastic and flexible to work with. When he saw how our house looked he decided on the spot that we didn't have to move out and stage but could edit with a few accessories brought in. He and his team coordinated everything for us and sold our home quickly and for a great price. It was as easy as selling a house can be. We highly recommend him and his team to you!

He and his team didn’t just help my parents sell their home—they made what could’ve been a stressful, emotional process feel smooth, respectful, and incredibly well-handled from start to finish. From day one, Robert was fully aligned with what my parents wanted. He treated them with so much dignity and care—it was more than I ever expected from a real estate agent. Robert and his team went above and beyond in every way. From beautifully staging the home to coordinating movers and even securing a handyman the day before an open house—no detail was too small, no request too last-minute. He came prepared with strategic plans, portfolios, timelines, and projected milestones. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and he did it with precision and grace. What sets Robert apart is that he genuinely cares. He understands that selling a home isn’t just a business transaction, it’s deeply personal. That level of compassion and commitment is rare, and it made all the difference for my family.

Robert Song is an experienced real estate agent who not only helped us sell our house for more than we can expected, but also arranged professional people to upgrade the house before we put it on the market. Robert kept us well informed about the market situation and he is an expert on what he is doing. Robert responds promptly and he is very patient and understood our needs and wants.

We were so lucky to work with the Robert Song team. They got us ready in just two weeks! We had been in our home for nearly 18 years and they got us ready so quickly! They sold our home faster than we could have imagined and landed us an offer on the upper end of what we hoped for! We loved working with them and we think you will too!

First class in everyway, Robert made great suggestions for getting the house ready to show. He had the house staged, did a video of the inside as well as an aerial view. The house basically was sold after one open house and confirmed after the second one. The best part, received over the asking price.

I am a real estate lawyer and Robert is my go to guy, particularly for tough situations. I cant say enough good stuff about him. Knowledgeable. Persistent. Integrity. And puts the clients' interests first.

We could not be more pleased with his dedication to our search and helping us through the process. For a number of reasons having nothing to do with Robert, it was a lengthy and protracted escrow. Robert kept the deal alive and going. He navigated difficult waters and got us through to our forever home. I could not recommend him more.

Instead of pushing the home we were initially in contract with and getting his commission, Rob insisted it was better for us to get what we really wanted. WHO DOES THAT?? He happily wished us luck and went on his way: and it was GENUINE. No greed, no hard feelings, just absolute professionalism...WHICH IS A TOP NOTCH REAL ESTATE AGENT.

He is very clear about what we should expect, he is knowledgeable about real estate and he is very patient. Hiring him to handle the sale of our house was the best decision I made. Although it was a difficult time for me personally (my husband and I were divorcing), Robert took the burden of taking care of the sale of our house. He made it stress-free. He is a joy to work with.

My husband and I felt very confident and comfortable working with Robert Song, especially with an unfamiliar process of selling our house. He has deep, thoughtful knowledge of the local market and the real-estate as a whole, and he brought that professionalism to bear on our behalf and made the entire transaction a delight.

We were able to depend on him for much of the paper work process and negotiation with our lender. He was also prompt at getting information crossed without causing delay from our end. We were happy that we decided to utilize his professional expertise in our short sale transaction. I think we would've had a difficult time with the short sale without his advise.

I found Robert to be pleasant, professional and caring. He went out of his way to communicate with me while I was out of state, and explained what was happening every step of the way. He faced many complications with the sale of my house from the City, the mortgage holder, and a very difficult tenant, but negotiated tirelessly with each for what would be in my best interest.

We've worked with Robert over the past several years on a couple of properties. Remarkable experience from start to finish on each one. Robert goes above and beyond to ensure his clients get the best deal without any issues if possible.

He worked tirelessly on my behalf and I obtained as good an outcome as it was possible to achieve. I appreciated his keeping me constantly updated and his gracious responsiveness to my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend Robert.

Robert helped my husband and I buy and sell several houses over the years. He is very knowledgeable, super responsive and makes sure that you get what you need. We were never disappointed when working with Robert and would recommend him to any of our friends. Our last move was out of CA and sadly Robert could not help us when buying our new home. The experience was just not the same. We definitely missed Robert.

Robert is the best. He completely changed my perspective on what a good realtor can do. Reliable, trustworthy, attentive, and has just a great feel for the overall real estate market. Would highly recommend!

We have entrusted Robert with the purchase and sale of three homes and he has delivered unparalleled service each and every time. He has exceptional attention to detail not only in his sales strategy, but also in his customer service. He provided us with detailed reports and updates about the local market so we could have a competitive edge.

Robert took the best care and service, from staging, marketing, negotiation and all the way to the escrow closing, for the best outcome and satisfaction in selling our house while we're away. He is very knowledgeable in every aspects of the area as well as home selling mechanism, and always responded promptly to my questions or requests with detailed information beyond my expectation. Robert is very professional, and also understand how the client would feel in a certain situation, and tried his best to help and relieve our concern. I highly recommend Robert as your buying/selling agent! (I worked with him for both my first home buying and selling)

Robert is an incredible agent, always willing to go above and beyond to answer your questions and support you in the entire process. He's punctual, realistic, honest, which is what makes him trustworthy and a great ally. I never had to worry about anything because he takes the time to explain all the details so you have the right expectations.

We met with a few other agents before choosing the Robert Song Team, but after speaking with them and learning about their analytical strategy and negotiation tactics we knew that this was the team we wanted to represent us in our transaction!

This was our first time home buying, so we needed someone who can guide us through in a right direction. Robert was the one for sure, and his top-level negotiation skill and hard-working, fast responsiveness enabled us to buy a home at our dream location in Pleasanton.

As sellers, Robert is very conscientious in getting the most money for your home. He is experienced (knows real estate!) and follow up on current affairs that is real estate related and very informative. He works with you to make you happy, is a positive person and someone you want on your side in Real Estate.

He is very professional & knowledgable, with a lot of patience, not pushy, gave us time to think. He gave us lots of guidance and suggestions on every step. He is very friendly & is very comfortable to work with.We didn't know much about the process, Robert made it very easy. Robert has always answered our questions or concerns immediately and has spent time with us whenever we wanted. It is important not only to help in purchasing the house but to extend that help even after the purchase has been a great help for us.

My family and I wish to share our review about Robert and his team, they were exceptional partners through the sale of our home! They listened carefully our specifications about the selling, also answered every question that came up thoroughly and with care to make sure we had a complete understanding every step of the way, they helped us arrange and find vendors to prep our home for the market, and they arranged everything to accommodate our schedules and needs. Once we were ready to list our home, they communicated their marketing and advertising strategies and gave us full transparency into what they were doing to go above and beyond the competition. We can say with full confidence that every step of the process was meticulously planned, communicated, and arranged with the utmost care.

As a Realtor Robert helped me purchase my first home. As a first time Home Buyer I needed to work with someone I could trust. Robert walked me through the entire process of buying a home and helped me understand every detail. Robert gave me the best possible advice and also got me in touch with the right person to handle my loan.

He has a great feel for the market. I also liked Robert personally because he was very competent in his field, would always follow up on things he promised to do, and was always respectful of our time.

We’ve worked with Robert over the past several years on a couple of properties. Remarkable experience from start to finish on each one. Robert met with us directly and listened to our needs and put together a plan to get us what we wanted by when we needed it. Robert goes above and beyond to ensure his clients get the best deal without any issues if possible.

Robert is the best. Combination of ultra top notch service, expertise, and humility are a rare combo to find!

I recently purchased my second home with Robert and his team again, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Even after the purchase was made, Robert has continued to offer his support and guidance to me whenever I need it. I highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - his expertise and care are unmatched!

My wife and I scoured thru nearly 10 real estate agents in the Bay Area, none of which met our expectations. Luck would have us that we came across Robert. His professionalism and competence were obvious from the start. Robert was available to answer our questions, soothe our angst, resolve our issues, and negotiate for us. In the end, on top of his passion and drive for success, what really set Robert apart was his genuine desire to do what would be best for his clients. It was this bit of selflessness that makes Robert a rare gem in the real estate market and in the greater Bay Area.

When I was first referred to him I was doubtful that I could sell my house given the state of the market. In fact, I was told by another broker that my short sale would not be approved. Robert is a miracle worker! He found a buyer for my home in less than a week! I was amazed and pleased as other houses in my complex had sat dormant for months and months! He worked tirelessly throughout the process to get the deal done. Whenever I thought things might fall apart he found a way to put the pieces back together whether it was from negotiating with the bank directly on my behalf or working with the buyer's broker to get over the myriad of roadblocks.

We loved working with Robert. I found him trustworthy and sincere with good knowledge of the local market. Keep up the good work, Robert !!!

Robert handled the short sale of my condo and it went smooth, fast and absolutely painless. :-)

Robert has helped us with couple of transactions and he was very professional and took the time to explain things no matter how many questions we threw at him. We will definitely work with him again!

Robert Song is a very professional ,nice and trustworthy agent,

Robert is an excellent achiever on buying and selling your house at the top market value. He has excellent team of interior decorator and cleaner and house sold in 10 days at the highest price in the neighborhood. Have confidence on his honest try to give you the best price.

He is thoroughly knowledgeable in every related area. From construction and pest control to the world of finance and real estate law, this guy really knows his stuff. Even more importantly, he is honest and trustworthy to a T. I don't hesitate recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Robert is a trustworthy and reliable realtor with the experience to get the job done. Very friendly and consistent with his pursuit to get his clients the best. Very knowledgeable about the housing market and not only that but he made the process very easy and represented us very well. Robert has not only become our realtor but a great friend.

I can't say enough about Robert. He was able to close a transaction at the 11th hour and under a tight deadline. I am glad I chose Robert. Robert is a consummate professional. Great communication and very responsive to my frequent questions. It was a complex transaction but Robert kept at it and came through BIG TIME!!

Class act.

Despite market difficulties, he worked tirelessly to ensure our home was positioned competitively, ultimately securing a successful sale at a strong price before it lingered on the market. His strategic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to his clients truly set him apart. His dedication made all the difference in our selling experience, and I am truly grateful for his outstanding service.

His expertise not only provided us with clear guidance on selling and buying, but also taught us to trust the process. Selling and buying a house is so stressful, but from day one, Robert and his team handled everything so we did not even have to worry about anything except packing and moving. We were highly impressed with all services, especially the marketing and detailed reports we received about the local market. We received over-asking price with multiple offers in this unpredictable market all thanks to Robert and his team.

Robert came highly recommended to us, and I have to say we would not have been able to land the house of our dreams if it weren’t for him! From the first time I met Robert, I could tell he had a true passion for real estate. Ultimately, it was Robert’s hard work and persistence that helped us craft the perfect offer and we are now officially first time homeowners! Robert is a wonderful realtor and a genuine person, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a real estate agent!

Robert is a very reliable, dedicated, hardworking agent. He did a great job in assisting my husband and I in purchasing our very first home. He is patient and knowledgeable in his field. He won't give up until you are satisfied.

We had an excellent experience with Robert. He was always very honest with us, making sure that we knew both the positives and the negatives about each property we visited. He was also extremely patient. He never tried to pressure or rush us into making a decision. We are very grateful to have had Robert as our agent and would highly recommend him to others.

We had an excellent experience purchasing a house with Robert. He was always very honest with us, making sure we knew both the positives and the negatives about each property we visited. He was also extremely patient and never tried to pressure or rush us into making a decision. We are very grateful to have had Robert as our agent, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Bay Area.

He is so amazing at his work.Fantastic results each time guaranteed!

Robert was our agent in both selling our home and buying our new one; he and his team were a pleasure to work with. Robert provided a lot of information to help guide us throughout various experiences we encountered in both the selling and buying of our home. We absolutely recommend Robert and his team if you are looking for genuinely good hearted people that are very personable and passionate about taking care of their clients.

I would not have made it through the first-time home buying experience had it not been for Robert's expert advice, persistence, calm under fire, and all around great service. I would recommend Robert to anyone buying a house for the first time.

Robert is someone you can trust to manage the entire home buying and sales process. He genuinely looks out for your best interest which is one of the most important qualities as an agent.

He is an expert in the Bay Area Real Estate Market. Robert was always available to answer our questions and worked around our schedule to show us houses that we were interested in. He is a true professional that I recommend to all our family and friends.

Robert Song and his team are the best in the business! From our first meeting, it was clear that Robert had a deep understanding of the real estate market and how to successfully navigate the market conditions to get the best deal for selling our house. He came up with a comprehensive calendar of steps to take to prepare our house for viewing, have a well attended open house, and get through the negotiations to get us the best offer. He always recommended the best course of action based on his experience, but was also responsive to our needs and let us know the trade offs. He provided a thorough housing comparison to position our list price to bring in the most potential buyers.

Robert was an amazing asset to have on our side as we navigated the confusing maze of first time home buying. Robert employs technology in creative ways that allowed my husband and I the freedom and flexibility we needed to find the right home to fit our needs. We would definitely use Robert to buy or sell property in the future.

Robert did an excellent job as my seller's agent. Totally on top of it with great communication throughout the whole process. Big kudos to Robert and his team!!

Great service. Fast close and love the online signatures process while I'm on vacation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great to work with. Highly recommend.

I interviewed a few real estate agents and finally chose Robert to represent me as the seller agent for selling my house because I believed that he would be the right person that could get the job done. After I signed the document for listing the house for sale, I had to leave out of state and relocate to another city. Since then, he worked out all the details from showcasing the house to customers like a model house, scheduling all the inspections necessary for regulations, and making videos and photos for internet viewing. Hope this review can at least say something deep from heart for the good things you had done for me.

Robert was so great and never pushed me. He kindly helped me to find a right place. When I bought a house, the market was so hot . However he gave me enough time to think about.

We've bought or sold 7 homes in California and Oregon, and Robert is far and away the best agent that we've ever worked with. He's honest, hard-working, and completed dedicated to his clients. He utilized his strong intuition, robust professional network, and incredible communication skills to help us navigate a really challenging and volatile market. Every person that I've recommended Robert to has circled back to tell me how great they think he is.

We were fortunate to have Robert take us on as clients especially since we were trying to purchase our first investment property in the midst of a crazy sellers' market. With his extensive experience, Robert was able to give us a lot of valuable advice, allowing us to determine the right houses to buy and the right pricing to offer that made sense for our situation. And for every offer that we submitted, Robert put in his best efforts to help us make it as strong as possible and fought for each and every one of them. But beyond that, when we informed Robert of our desires to close earlier than our original closing date in the middle of escrow, he employed knowledge from his past experience and worked to get us something called gap insurance, allowing us to get the keys on our desired date even though the county couldn't actually record earlier due to pandemic delays.

Prior to meeting and working with Robert I had endured several unprofessional and less than helpful agents which made my experience a very Horrible one.I have to say, working with Robert quickly turned all of that around for me! Robert is Very Professional, Very Helpful, Very Encouraging, Extremely Knowledgeable and Always gave a Prompt Response when I had a question to ask. My family and I couldn't be happier!!!!

When I buy a house, the market was so hot and it was seller's market. I contacted 3-4 realtors , they all made me decide quickly . However Robert Song let me take enough time to think and didn't push me at all. Even after we bought the house , he helped us a lot.

As an inexperienced seller, the Robert Song Team held my hand every step of the way. They were present for every vendor interaction and recommended ways to maximize my profits. Robert helped me to select which items to repair on my home to get the best return on my investment. He also helped to find a contractor and assisted in ensuing that the work was done on time and on budget. I greatly appreciated the level of communication I had with the Team. I never had to wonder what was going on with my sale. A number of issues arose, and Robert was on top of every single one. As a result of really listening to my needs and my comfort level, Robert suggested solutions that appropriately fit my needs. Even through unexpected challenges, Robert sold my home with multiple offers in under a week!

Robert went above and beyond to help get our house ready for sale. We moved across the country before the old house was on the market, and he took care of everything. And there was a lot to take care of once the inspections were done! He made sure the repairs were completed, and the house was staged for sale. His hard work and dedication brought in way more than asking. If we were still in the area, Robert Song would be our realtor for life!

Robert sold my condo in Pleasanton a few years ago when the market wasn't so great. I thought I needed to do a short sale but after discussing with Robert, he explained I could sell the condo based on the current sales. This was great news to me and we were able to sell the condo as is, pay off the loan and not do any damage to my credit score. Robert went above and beyond typical realtor obligations and managed to keep my tenant happy during the listing and selling process which was a great help to me as I lived in Santa Cruz at the time. I would highly recommend Robert's expertise as he keeps up the the current market trends and works quickly in his client's best interest.

I contacted Robert's team after my mother had a terrible experience with another agent. Although the property type we were selling was outside the norm for the team (a mobile home), Robert was so quick to help and incredibly generous with his time and expertise. He always made my mother and I feel confident in the decisions we were making, gave us updates quickly, proactively explained each process step-by-step, and made us feel like we were his most important clients despite how many others I'm sure he had on an ongoing basis. Beyond just this exceptional client service experience, Robert's team was able to sell our property in a matter of the first few days of listing and at a much better price than the prior agent had attempted. He was even able to aggressively (but reasonably) negotiate a 15-day close! Incredible.

Referred to us by our good friends and ex-neighbors. He is short of a miracle worker! Robert helped us last year when the market was at it's all time low. He made the transaction absolutely quick and painless. I referred him to some other friends who had the same experiences with him.

I recently purchased my second home with Robert and his team again, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Robert treated me like family, and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect home for me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Even after the purchase was made, Robert has continued to offer his support and guidance to me whenever I need it.

You know we've had great experience working with Robert if you refer him to family and friends. This time, he helped my brother and sister-in-law buy their first house. The property is a bit of out of his area. The moment I reached out to him about the property my brother and sister-in-law are interested in, at this time the property has multiple offers, he immediately presented a strategy which turned out to be an effective one. Of course, with that strategy, the seller accepted our offer and our the owner accepted our offer.

He gave us lots of guidance and suggestions on every step.We didn't know much about the process, Robert made it very easy. Robert has always answered our questions or concerns immediately and has spent time with us whenever we wanted. It is important not only to help in purchasing the house but to extend that help even after the purchase has been a great help for us. We really enjoyed working with Robert and we highly recommend him (and already have to our friends).

He did not push us for any reason, even when we were talking to another realtor for different area, he did not try to persuade us. He just gave us enough information to compare different areas. Even though he was not sure we will be our agent for this house hunting, he was willing to devote his time to help us. I am skipping details here, but I can say that the house we purchased was way beyond our initial expectation that we had in the beginning. It was because he understood what we wanted exactly, and he had open insight on the market. It is not only about money, you know. He is the one who knows what he is doing, and he does it properly.

Robert was amazing from start to finish! My wife and I were purchasing our first home and had no clue what we were doing. Thanks to Robert for giving us the information and guiding us through buying the home of our dreams!

Robert has been doing this for years and it shows. He has been through the different market waves and lives in the Tri-Valley area, so is familiar with the nuances of each neighborhood. During each step of the process he was always one step ahead. In the end, when we got into contract and met the selling agent in passing she said, “wow you have an amazing agent, he is so persistent!” He does a lot behind the scenes to make you stand out in such a crowded market. We know that his approach played an important role in us securing our home. There was a moment where we considered a high bid and he tempered us based on his read of the market even though it may have been an easy win for him and financially benefited him. In fact, he has a very calm demeanor that is incredibly supportive during these big life decisions.Without the right agent, you’ll never secure the right property...it’s an agent’s market, and there is no one better than Robert. This was the biggest financial decision of our lives, and there is no doubt in our minds that we had the right person in our corner.

We've known Robert for 6+ years. He is knowledgeable, insightful, and very trustworthy. It took us almost a year to find our new home. We looked in San Jose for 6 months before pivoting to the East Bay, then finally buying a house in San Ramon. He was patient with us throughout the process and was a true partner. He always researched and came prepared to every potential house that we looked. With his deep understanding of the local housing market and financial nuances, he made accurate/on-point recommendations. We always felt relaxed working with Robert. After we bought our house, we referred him to our family and friends. They've all had a great experience working with Robert and his team. Robert is now a friend who we can reach out to for any questions about the real estate market, and definitely the only real estate professional we can trust for buying/selling property in the future.

My wife and I chose Robert after interviewing a handful of very qualified real estate agents. Working with Robert Song made the sale of my condo a walk in the park. I cannot say enough good things about him and my overall experience. From start to finish, Robert was there every step of the way making sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the process.Without a doubt one of the best agents on the West Coast. Truly a concierge experience!

I was in the house hunting trip from Seattle and I had no knowledge at all on the East bay. While house hunting for a week, Robert dedicated his time to show me houses, show me the town, and we've found the place and got the offer accepted in just 5 days. During entire process, Robert was always reachable by any kind of communication, email, phone, text almost 24/7. Buying a house in 5 days should be virtually impossible, and I don't think it it was possible without Robert.

Robert provided information and assistance without receiving anything in return! When the time finally came to sell our home, there was no question which realtor we'd be using, however again circumstances dictated that we were on a tight selling schedule. Robert was completely unfazed. Robert had an excellent strategy for selling our home quickly in a tough market. Robert was patient and diligent in dealing with all of our unique and challenging needs. Robert generated multiple offers, all above asking price, for us in an extremely short timeframe! However, Robert did not stop there. He was in contact with us throughout the pending sale, constantly keeping in touch, providing updates, and generally helping in any and every way possible. Robert was present at the final signing, came to check on our moving progress, and followed up with us after closing and after we moved out of state.

As first time home sellers, we were in an unfamiliar situation. He impressed us in the way he marketed our property using today's digital media world. He also updated us on the data metrics generated during the sale which helped us make important decisions during the process. His use of modern and also traditional sales techniques resulted in the successful sale of our home in the dynamic and ever changing real estate market.

Robert Song helped sell our house during the 2008 Housing Crash. Five years later he helped us buy our current home. With his experience and expertise we were able to get our offer accepted after numerous offers where we were outbid. I highly recommend Robert to sell or buy a home with as he will always put your needs above his own.

As a first time homebuyer, I did not know much about the process of buying a home. Robert Song sat me down for our first meeting and walked me through the process from A-Z in easy-to-understand terms, leaving plenty of time for questions. Robert was with me every step of the way. Throughout the process I felt that Robert worked for me. If you want a real estate agent that will work for you, and see the transaction through to the very end, Robert is the man.

We used Robert as buyers and sellers. As buyers he got us our home amongst many other interested buyers. As sellers, Robert is very conscientious to get the top money for our home. He is experienced (knows real estate!) and follow up on current affairs that is real estate related and very informative.

I've known Robert for over 10 years and have done 3 transactions with him. All of my experiences have been clear, clear, well informed and incredibly professional. I've never felt that any of our conversations were in the direction or intention of anything other than my well informed best short and long term goals. I've been in and around my share of agents and am reminded regularly of why I will continue to use Robert for transactions in the future.

Great work with team. Very professional staff.

Robert took the time to come to our house to go over everything with us. When we decided that it wasn't time to move forward yet, he never made it feel as though he had wasted his time by speaking with us. When the day came to finally draw up the documents and put our home on the market, Robert worked efficiently and kept us in the loop constantly. Our home was on, and off the market within 5 days and the closing process went smoothly.

We were delighted with the professional service that the Robert Song team provided to us during our condominium search in the Napa Valley. Robert took a genuine interest in helping us identify properties that would satisfy our needs, including ensuring that our beloved Labrador Retrievers would not be restricted by any applicable HOA rules. Robert and his assistant Kelly accompanied us on multiple property visits and we welcomed their honest assessment of a home's features, condition and its neighborhood. All communication we had with Robert's team was very clear and our questions were handled promptly, which made the home buying process a low stress experience! With Robert's help, we successfully negotiated a very favorable purchase price and felt confident in understanding all of the associated contract documentation.

Before we met Robert, my wife and I were very discouraged with the realtors we had come across. Some did not follow through with what they promised to do, others made us feel like we had no hope in finding a place we truly would be happy with. It was always at our pace, and he never pushed his own agenda, but always gave very good information. Not to mention, he would never seem frustrated when we asked the same questions multiple times. Even though our transaction has closed, Robert keeps in touch with us every now and then to see how we are doing. In the end, we feel like we weren't working with a realtor, but with a friend that just happens to know the real estate business extremely well.

He worked tirelessly with us to answer questions we had…he has a great deal of modern experience and knows how to use the most up to date methods to sell homes. Prices began to drop during the time our place hit the market and we still managed to get a price that we were very happy with and which set a record in our neighborhood of 300+ residences.

Robert was great to work with. We stopped in unexpectedly into his office, and he was gracious to see us. He is very knowledge and patient. -I must say that you would be very pleased to have him working for you to find your home.

Robert and his team are just great. He was there all throughout my search for a house. Always provided useful insights and inputs. Has a great timing sense. I would always always recommend Robert!
