And for every offer that we submitted, Robert put in his best efforts to help us make it as strong as possible and fought for each and every one of them. But beyond that, when we informed Robert of our desires to close earlier than our original closing date in the middle of escrow, he employed knowledge from his past experience and worked to get us something called gap insurance, allowing us to get the keys on our desired date even though the county couldn't actually record earlier due to pandemic delays.
