I found Robert to be pleasant, professional and caring. He went out of his way to communicate with me while I was out of state, and explained what was happening every step of the way. He faced many complications with the sale of my house from the City, the mortgage holder, and a very difficult tenant, but negotiated tirelessly with each for what would be in my best interest.
