We were fortunate to have Robert take us on as clients especially since we were trying to purchase our first investment property in the midst of a crazy sellers' market. With his extensive experience, Robert was able to give us a lot of valuable advice, allowing us to determine the right houses to buy and the right pricing to offer that made sense for our situation. And for every offer that we submitted, Robert put in his best efforts to help us make it as strong as possible and fought for each and every one of them. But beyond that, when we informed Robert of our desires to close earlier than our original closing date in the middle of escrow, he employed knowledge from his past experience and worked to get us something called gap insurance, allowing us to get the keys on our desired date even though the county couldn't actually record earlier due to pandemic delays.
