Robert Song and his team exceeded our expectations when selling our Ruby Hill estate. Robert Song came highly recommended by a co-worker, and interviewed him along with other local prominent Realtors in Ruby Hill. He was clear with his vision about what to do with our property, and after seeing the home, relayed a custom and precise marketing plan that he wanted to implement. So many of the details seemed like amazing ideas, but honestly I didn't think he would pull it off and thought it was talk. Not with Robert, he did everything he said he would do to market our home, and did things I haven't seen anyone in the community ever do. It resulted in our home selling for hundreds of thousands more than a neighbor's house, and sold for significantly higher than what other agents told us to list the home for. After looking today, it is still the highest price per square foot home sold recently in Ruby HIll, and that means a lot because we sold in a cooling market. There is no one I would recommend more than Robert Song and his team. They deliver on everything they promise, and do so much more than just nice pictures, videos, and open houses. I could tell he personally truly cared about the outcome of selling our home.

He has been through the different market waves and lives in the Tri-Valley area, so is familiar with the nuances of each neighborhood. During each step of the process he was always one step ahead. The house that we bought had 15 bids and included some counter offers and some back and forth communication. In the end, when we got into contract and met the selling agent in passing she said, "wow you have an amazing agent, he is so persistent!" He does a lot behind the scenes to make you stand out in such a crowded market. We know that his approach played an important role in us securing our home.

-Integrity - It was clear to us that it was important to Robert that he gave us answers that were based on facts. He is transparent and honest with his approach and answers. There was a moment where we considered a high bid and he tempered us based on his read of the market even though it may have been an easy win for him and financially benefited him. He spent time going over pros and cons of different decisions and we never felt like he was pushy. In fact, he has a very calm demeanor that is incredibly supportive during these big life decisions. Lastly, when it came to recommending lenders he gave me a list of about 6 instead of the 1 lender that other agents push you towards.

Bottom line is that we are so fortunate to have Robert as our agent. People refer to the current market as a seller's market, but it's not the whole story. Without the right agent, you'll never secure the right property...it's an agent's market, and there is no one better than Robert. This was the biggest financial decision of our lives, and there is no doubt in our minds that we had the right person in our corner.

You know we've had great experience working with Robert if you give him referral. This time, he helped my brother and sister-in-law buy their first house. The property is a bit of out of his area. The moment I reached out to him about the property my brother and sister-in-law are interested in, at this time the property has multiple offers, he immediately presented a strategy which turned out to be an effective one - don't wait, make the right offer, send the seller a family photo (with their adorable 5-yr old daughter) and melt her with cuteness and close in less than 30 days. Of course, with that strategy, the seller accepted our offer and we got the property.

First time home buyers will face a lot of anxiety, we had setbacks, but Robert is confident and knowledgeable in what he does, he told us to only worry when everything falls apart. His advice and recommendations were valuable.
