We are a physician couple who worked with Rob in East Bay over last few months. I couldn't be more pleased with his availability, expertise, and patience with dealing with this volatile market and low inventory. Robert, within 3 listings, got "us" and what we were looking for. I could count on him to answer any text, call, or frantic email at anytime...and I know he is busy! He really lets a buyer make their own decision and give a relatively bias free opinion (if that's possible) when asked the dreaded "What would you do Rob?" He dealt with things and stressful situations with ease...and he was never pushy, never selfish, and really a class act all around. I have met many sleazy, self serving agents, and I would never in a million years go to anyone else for my real estate dealings.

He spent a good amount of time and energy in looking at homes for us. We decided on a new build (after he spent hours on negotiating a home we almost went to contract with that ended up being quite questionable due to bizarre closing requests and after contract open houses! ).

We found out Robert didn't qualify to get the agent referral fee at the new development as I had seen the property without him 2 months prior as a walk in (note to buyers looking at new homes...don't go in without you real estate agent and don't sign anything unless u read it)

Instead of pushing the home we were initially in contract with and getting his commission, Rob insisted it was better for us to get what we really wanted. WHO DOES THAT?? He happily wished us luck and went on his way: and it was GENUINE. No greed, no hard feelings, just absolute professionalism...WHICH IS A TOP NOTCH REAL ESTATE AGENT.

Robert is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgable and up to date on the Bay Area housing market. He walked us through every aspect of the home buying experience-perfect for first time home buyers like us. He was always available to answer any questions. His website is great for previewing homes as soon as they come on the market (and for weeding out homes that didn't fit our needs) saving us tons of time. #2 I am 100% sure that is was the best deal I could find. I am skipping details here, but I can say that the house we purchased was way beyond our initial expectation that we had in the beginning. It was because he understood what we wanted exactly, and he had open insight on the market.
