Since early 2009 in search of our first home for our young family, my wife and I scoured thru nearly 10 real estate agents in the Bay Area, none of which met our expectations. Luck would have us that we came across Robert serendipitously via a listing on Craigslist. His professionalism and competence were obvious from the start. Moreover, we were impressed with Robert's super responsiveness; he was tethered to his Blackberry around the clock. Phone, email, text, and impromptu meetings; day, night, weekends, and holidays, Robert was available to answer our questions, soothe our angst, resolve our issues, and negotiate for us. Another strong point for us was his perfect punctuality. In the end, on top of his passion and drive for success, what really set Robert apart was his genuine desire to do what would be best for his clients. More importantly, the results: Robert closed on our home that was a short-sale transaction with two finicky lenders, Bank of America and American Home Mortgage, in less than two months. Timing was important for us to meet the school district's application deadline, to which Robert was fully attentive and only made possible by his timely and persistent follow-thru with the lenders. Robert was prepared and combined with his knowledge and experience with lenders, short-sales, and the real estate business in general, the 100+ page short-sale application only had to cross the negotiators' desk once, and the approval letters were received. Furthermore, he managed to convince the lenders to absorb much of our closing cost, saving us thousands of dollars in the process. He setup our home inspections in a one day turnaround and also participated in person during the whole three hours. He consistently went out of this way to help, including engaging the original home builder for warranty repairs. All was made possible with Robert's representation, and we truly felt blessed.

Robert helped me buying a house in East bay and if I wish I can give 10 stars if I could.
I was in the house hunting trip from Seattle and I had no knowledge at all on the East bay. While house hunting for a week, Robert dedicated his time to show me houses, show me the town, and we've found the place and got the offer accepted in just 5 days. During entire process, Robert was always reachable by any kind of communication, email, phone, text almost 24/7.
