Robert and I worked together in search of my First home! Prior to meeting and working with Robert I had endured several unprofessional and less than helpful agents which made my experience a very Horrible one.

I have to say, working with Robert quickly turned all of that around for me! Robert is Very Professional, Very Helpful, Very Encouraging, Extremely Knowledgeable and Always gave a Prompt Response when I had a question to ask. Needless to say we found my home, a 5bdrm, 3bth in a very nice neighborhood all thanks to Robert! My family and I couldn't be happier!!!!

Robert helped us find a home in the East bay. We could not be more pleased with his dedication to our search and helping us through the process. For a number of reasons having nothing to do with Robert, it was a lengthy and protracted escrow. Robert kept the deal alive and going. Robert helped me buying a house in East bay and if I wish I can give 10 stars if I could.
I was in the house hunting trip from Seattle and I had no knowledge at all on the East bay. While house hunting for a week, Robert dedicated his time to show me houses, show me the town, and we've found the place and got the offer accepted in just 5 days. During entire process, Robert was always reachable by any kind of communication, email, phone, text almost 24/7. Buying a house in 5 days should be virtually impossible, and I don't think it it was possible without Robert. It's been six months since our family moved in and our family fell in love with the house and I appreciate to Robert who made this happen. I highly recommend Robert.

We initially met Robert because we were deciding on how to sell our condo. He has a lot of expertise in short selling but eventually guided us out of it which was the right decision.

He was also able to help us win the bidding on our first house we made an offer for, which is apparently unheard of. We felt like we got the price we wanted, despite bidding against several others. He has a great feel for the market.

If I could possibly give Robert 10 stars for professionalism, integrity, and overall "coolness" I would.

We are a physician couple who worked with Rob in East Bay over last few months. I couldn't be more pleased with his availability, expertise, and patience with dealing with this volatile market and low inventory. Robert, within 3 listings, got "us" and what we were looking for. I could count on him to answer any text, call, or frantic email at anytime...and I know he is busy! He really lets a buyer make their own decision and give a relatively bias free opinion (if that's possible) when asked the dreaded "What would you do Rob?" He dealt with things and stressful situations with ease...and he was never pushy, never selfish, and really a class act all around. I have met many sleazy, self serving agents, and I would never in a million years go to anyone else for my real estate dealings.

He spent a good amount of time and energy in looking at homes for us. We decided on a new build (after he spent hours on negotiating a home we almost went to contract with that ended up being quite questionable due to bizarre closing requests and after contract open houses! ).

We found out Robert didn't qualify to get the agent referral fee at the new development as I had seen the property without him 2 months prior as a walk in (note to buyers looking at new homes...don't go in without you real estate agent and don't sign anything unless u read it)

Instead of pushing the home we were initially in contract with and getting his commission, Rob insisted it was better for us to get what we really wanted. WHO DOES THAT?? He happily wished us luck and went on his way: and it was GENUINE. No greed, no hard feelings, just absolute professionalism...WHICH IS A TOP NOTCH REAL ESTATE AGENT.

Robert was so great and never pushed me. He kindly helped me to find a right place. When I bought a house, the market was so hot. However he gave me enough time to think about.

With help from Robert, we purchased the first house in the state successfully. I am telling you what "successful" means:

#1 No pressure, no impediments, everything was just smooth. He did not push us for any reason, even when we were talking to another realtor for different area, he did not try to persuade us. He just gave us enough information to compare different areas. Even though he was not sure we will be our agent for this house hunting, he was willing to devote his time to help us.

#2 I am 100% sure that is was the best deal I could find. I am skipping details here, but I can say that the house we purchased was way beyond our initial expectation that we had in the beginning. It was because he understood what we wanted exactly, and he had open insight on the market.

I do not repeat all the comments. I experience exactly same things that the other people mentioned here. He made me think about what "professional expert" means. It is not only about money, you know. He is the one who knows what he is doing, and he does it properly.

Robert is LEGIT!!! He went way beyond expectations. Professionalism and punctuality are expected but this guy goes way beyond. Not only will he be early but comes ready and expects the unexpected. Robert helped me and my husband buy our first house 11 years ago then buy our second one and short sale the first house two years later.

You know we've had great experience working with Robert if you give him referral. This time, he helped my brother and sister-in-law buy their first house. The property is a bit of out of his area. I interviewed a few real estate agents and finally chose Robert to represent me as the seller agent for selling my house because I believed that he would be the right person that could get the job done. We were fortunate to have Robert take us on as clients especially since we were trying to purchase our first investment property in the midst of a crazy sellers' market. With his extensive experience, Robert was able to give us a lot of valuable advice, allowing us to determine the right houses to buy and the right pricing to offer that made sense for our situation.

Robert is INCREDIBLE! We were looking to buy our first home in the Tri-Valley during the Spring of 2021--yep, one of the craziest times to buy.
From our first intro call it was very clear that he was interested in getting to know us as a family, to understand our needs, and ultimately what we were looking for in a home. He is truly generous with his time and attention and makes you feel like you are the only client he is working with. Aside from being an awesome agent, he's a really great person.

The house that we bought had 15 bids and included some counter offers and some back and forth communication. In the end, when we got into contract and met the selling agent in passing she said, "wow you have an amazing agent, he is so persistent!" He does a lot behind the scenes to make you stand out in such a crowded market. We know that his approach played an important role in us securing our home.

-Integrity - It was clear to us that it was important to Robert that he gave us answers that were based on facts. He is transparent and honest with his approach and answers. There was a moment where we considered a high bid and he tempered us based on his read of the market even though it may have been an easy win for him and financially benefited him. He spent time going over pros and cons of different decisions and we never felt like he was pushy. In fact, he has a very calm demeanor that is incredibly supportive during these big life decisions. Lastly, when it came to recommending lenders he gave me a list of about 6 instead of the 1 lender that other agents push you towards.

Bottom line is that we are so fortunate to have Robert as our agent. People refer to the current market as a seller's market, but it's not the whole story.
